Week 4 of the UFL season kept fans on the edge of their seats with a mix of upsets, doubleheaders, and a playoff picture that continues to tighten. Let's dive into the action:

Game Recap

Showboats (17) vs Battlehawks (32)

The St. Louis Battlehawks responded emphatically to their upset loss in Week 3, dismantling the Memphis Showboats in a dominant performance. The Battlehawks' offense was clicking on all cylinders, with quarterback AJ McCarron throwing for three touchdowns. The defense also stepped up, shutting down the Showboats' passing attack and forcing key turnovers. This win puts the Battlehawks back in the thick of the playoff race.

Defenders (18) vs Stallions (20)

The Birmingham Stallions continued their undefeated run with a hard-fought victory over the D.C. Defenders. The game was a defensive battle throughout, with both offenses struggling to find consistency. However, the Stallions' relentless running game proved to be the difference. Running back C.J. Marable had another impressive outing, surpassing 100 yards rushing for the fourth consecutive game. The Defenders, despite a valiant effort, remain a step behind the league's elite teams.

Panthers (9) vs Brahmas (19)

The San Antonio Brahmas continued their winning ways with a hard-fought victory over the Michigan Panthers. The Brahmas' dominant rushing attack, led by veteran back Brandon Powell, controlled the tempo of the game and kept the Panthers' offense off the field. The Panthers, despite a valiant effort from quarterback E.J. Perry, remain winless at home this season.

Renegades (31) vs Roughnecks (17)

The Houston Roughnecks finally got their offense on track in a thrilling victory over the Arlington Renegades. Quarterback Cole McDonald threw for three touchdowns, while rookie wide receiver Trey Sermon had a breakout performance with over 150 receiving yards. The Renegades' offense kept pace in the first half, but their defense faltered in the second half, allowing the Roughnecks to pull away.
