COVID effect team in the upcoming College Football Season

The Big 12, Big Ten, PAC 12, and ACC are updating their policy for this season. If a team can not play a game due to COVID they will forfeit the game in their conference. They don't want to reschedule a game that could move the conference championship game back. They will still reschedule games when the weather postponed a game.

It will help make sure they stay on track to finishing the season in time for the conference championship week and bowl games.

I think this is just a way to keep players, coaches, and staff healthy and getting the vaccine.

The SEC and Group of 5 conferences have yet made a decision on doing this.
