Last Summer Oklahoma and Texas announce they will switching to the SEC starting a chain reaction, leading to most of the Group of 5 inviting more schools and the Big 12 Adding BYU, Cincinnati, Houston, and UCF.

This Summer it happen again, USC and UCLA announce they are joining the Big Ten. The PAC 12 is now in trouble. They are in talk to merge with the Big 12 but it not going well.

Notre Dame said they will stay independent and wait to see what other changes will happen.

Conference Realignment is a traditional killer. As Oklahoma moves to the SEC the Red River Showdown will move with them, but what about bedlem. "It over" is what Mike Gunday said at Big 12 Media day. In fact, he did not want Oklahoma and Texas at the business meeting.
